Dipl.-Ing Jiri Kaufhold
I bring three decades of experience in various managerial roles, specializing in selling electronic design automation tools and complex electronic design environments in European markets. As the regional sales leader for Hewlett-Packard in Munich, I secured large-scale industrial contracts with Bosch, Philips, and Motorola.
Olivier Léchevin, MSc
My European Silicon journey began on May 1st, 2004, when I moved from France to Austria after studying Microelectronics, to join Infineon Technologies as an Analogue Designer.
Lukas Lassbacher, MSc
As a dynamic professional with a strong techno-commercial background, I am dedicated to bridging the gap between business and technology. Holding a degree from the University of Graz, where I cultivated a passion for entrepreneurship, I have since gained valuable experience in leading industrial sectors and finance.
Dr. Stefan Schauer
Stefan Schauer is a Senior Scientist at the Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT) and Thematic Coordinator of the research field Dependable Systems Engineering. He is representing AIT in the Austrian Chips Competence Center AT-C³, driving the topics Quantum & Photonics and bridging cybersecurity and risk management with the complex demands in the European Chips Ecosystem.

Dr. Julien Magnien
Within the AT-C³ consortium, MCL provides materials-related services and support for large enterprises, SMEs, startups, and public institutions in the electronic based system sector. In the project I am responsible for designing, managing, and delivering service-based solutions that meet customer needs. The role of a Solution Manager (SM) ensures that a company’s service offerings are well-designed, competitive, and successfully delivered to clients, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business profitability.

DI Dr. Peter Fuchs, MBA
As a materials and simulation specialist with a strong scientific background, I focus on advancing polymer engineering for microelectronic applications. My work centers on the characterization and modeling of polymer-based materials and interfaces relevant to PCBs, IC substrates, and advanced packaging. With a doctorate in polymer science and engineering, an Executive MBA, and international research experience, I design, initiate, and drive innovative R&D projects supporting industrial partners.

PD Dr. Borislav Hinkov
Physicist by education with more than 17 years of experience in optoelectronic device development and currently actively contributing to the field of photonic integrated circuits. In AT-C3 I lead the topics of European network access and technological specialization.

Prof. Dr. David Pommerenke
Prof. David Pommerenke is a leading expert in Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) at the Institute of Electronics, Graz University of Technology. As an IEEE Fellow, he has extensive international research and industry experience and is the lead of Skills & Training Programs within AT-C³, supporting advanced education for the semiconductor sector.
