Access Europe’s Semiconductor Infrastructure
AT-C³ helps companies gain access to key European semiconductor infrastructures and innovation services.
Through our network, companies can connect to European Design Platforms, Pilot Lines, Chips Competence Centers, funding opportunities, and specialized support services.
Our goal is simple: reduce barriers to innovation and help companies accelerate semiconductor development and market adoption.
Funding & Financial Services
The funding is available for SMEs and start-ups. Up to 80% of costs will be covered through ESTP projects (Expert Service to Third Parties). The primary—though not all—of the supported technology areas include Materials and process Innovation, Chip Design and system Integration, and Semiconductor Manufacturing.
Pilot Lines
Pilot Lines bridge the gap between research and industrial manufacturing.
They provide access to advanced semiconductor process technologies, testing environments, and small-scale production capabilities, helping companies validate innovations before large-scale industrial deployment.
AT-C³ supports companies in identifying and accessing the most relevant European Pilot Lines for their specific technology needs.
Design Platform
The European Chips Design Platform provides access to advanced Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools, IP libraries, manufacturing services, testing capabilities, and training opportunities.
By lowering entry barriers to chip design and prototyping, the platform enables companies, researchers, and start-ups to accelerate semiconductor innovation and strengthen Europe’s design capabilities.
European Network
Through AT-C³, companies gain access to a European network of 30 Chips Competence Centers.
Together, these centers provide expertise, infrastructure, and support across the entire semiconductor value chain, ensuring that companies can find the right partners and capabilities for their innovation projects.

AT-C³ was pleased to participate in the first Event of Intent at NAPO on the Campus Inffeld of the Graz University of Technology. The new networking format brought together around 40 participants from startups, scaleups and established companies with one clear goal: transforming conversations into concrete collaborations.
