AT-C3 Consortium
Introducing the AT-C3 consortium
The AT-C³ is known as the “Austrian Chip Design & Prototyping Support Center,” a consortium formed by six leading organizations in the Austrian semiconductor community. It was established in January 2025 as one of Europe’s first Chip Competence Centres. You can learn more about each consortium partner below.
Making Common Cause
Each consortium partner provides specialized expertise in various technology areas to support the project’s study, coordination, mentoring, and ultimately its implementation, as well as financial management.
Six partners. One mission. Austria’s chip future.
AT-C³ is powered by six leading Austrian institutions – AIT, MCL, PCCL, SAC, SAL and TU Graz – forming a public-private consortium that drives semiconductor innovation and supports startups and SMEs across Austria.
